Hi, I am Teresa Back, APRN and founder of Posh Rejuvenation and Wellness.

I was born and raised here in Salyersville, Kentucky, and caring for others has always been at the heart of who I am. To be able to provide care to my hometown has always been a dream that now has come true.

With over 22 years of nursing experience and 12 years practicing as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, I bring both clinical expertise and genuine compassion to every patient I serve.

I am a 1994 Graduate of Magoffin County Highschool I earned my Associate Degree in Nursing from Big Sandy Community and Technical College, my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing, and my Master’s degree from Walden University. Continuing education and growth have always been important to me because my patients deserve the highest standard of care.

Throughout my career, I have practiced in family medicine, pediatrics, and urgent care, which allows me to confidently care for patients of all ages. This diverse background gives me a well rounded and personalized approach to wellness. I understand that every individual is different, and your treatment plan should reflect that.
