Hi, I am Teresa Bess, APRN and founder of Posh Wellness.

I was born and raised in Salyersville, Kentucky, and caring for others has always been at the heart of who I am. My husband and I were drawn to this area because of our love for the lake and the sense of community it offers. It truly feels like home, and I am proud to serve the people who live and visit here.

With over 22 years of nursing experience and 12 years practicing as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, I bring both clinical expertise and genuine compassion to every patient I serve. I earned my Associate Degree in Nursing from Big Sandy Community and Technical College, my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing, and my Master’s degree from Walden University. Continuing education and growth have always been important to me because my patients deserve the highest standard of care.

Throughout my career, I have practiced in family medicine, pediatrics, and urgent care, which allows me to confidently care for patients of all ages. This diverse background gives me a well rounded and personalized approach to wellness. I understand that every individual is different, and your treatment plan should reflect that.

At Posh Wellness, my goal is simple. I want to create a welcoming space where aesthetics and wellness meet advanced medical knowledge. Whether you are seeking IV therapy, aesthetic treatments, or overall health support, you can trust that you are in experienced and capable hands.

When I am not caring for patients, I am spending time with my husband JR and our two fur babies, Nala and Simba, who always keep life fun and full.
